Place into top of double boiler over gently simmering water milk, cheese, mustard powderm turmeric, salt and pepper in that order. Stir with whisk occasionally until melted and smooth. Stir pasta into hot cheese mixture and keep hot until serving time over hot water, up to an hour.
(If it begins to thicken up too much, dilute with a little milk). Neverput into oven or over direct heat as it will scorch and change the texture to a sticky mess.

Boston Chicken originally specialized in rotisserie chicken and a variety of side dishes, but in 1995 the chain expanded its menu to include turkey, meatloaf, roasted sirloin, and sandwiches, then changed the name to Boston Market to reflect this.
In 2000, the chain was purchased by McDonald's Corporation. The story goes that McDonald's initially purchased the company for its real estate, but found the brand was well-liked by customers and decided to expand the chain. Seven years later, McDonald's sold the chain to Sun Capital Partners.
Today, there are over 630 locations in 28 states, with 14,000+ employees offering catering with hot lunch buffets and sandwiches for office parties, meetings, family gatherings, picnics, and weddings. A selection of the company's menu is available in over 700 supermarkets under the Boston Market brand name, but are made by H. J. Heinz Company.
